Herman Rosenblat

This is a true story and you can find out more by Googling Herman Rosenblat. He was Bar Mitzvahed at age 75)August 1942. Piotrkow, Poland. The sky was gloomy that morning as we waited anxiously. All the men, women and children of Piotrkow's Jewish ghetto had been herded into a square.Word had gotten around that we were being moved. My father had only recently died from typhus, which had run rampant through the crowded ghetto. My greatest fear was that our family would be separated. 'Whatever you do,' Isidore, my eldest brother, whispered to me, 'don't tell them your age. Say you're sixteen. 'I was tall for a boy of 11, so I could pull it off. That way I might be deemed valuable as a worker. An SS man approached me, boots clicking against the cobblestones. He looked me up and down, and then asked my age. 'Sixteen,' I said. He directed me to the left, where my three brothers and other healthy young men already stood. My mother was motioned to the right with the other women, children, sick and elderly people. I whispered to Isidore, 'Why?' He didn't answer. I ran to Mama's side and said I wanted to stay with her. 'No, 'she said sternly. 'Get away. Don't be a nuisance. Go with your brothers.'She had never spoken so harshly before. But I understood: She was protecting me. She loved me so much that, just this once, she pretended not to. It was the last I ever saw of her.My brothers and I were transported in a cattle car to Germany. We arrived at the Buchenwald concentration camp one night weeks later and were led into a crowded barrack. The next day, we were issued uniforms and identification numbers. 'Don't call me Herman anymore.' I said to my brothers. 'Call me 94983.'I was put to work in the camp's crematorium, loading the dead into a hand-cranked elevator. I, too, felt dead. Hardened, I had become a number.Soon, my brothers and I were sent to Schlieben, one of Buchenwald's sub-camps near Berlin. One morning I thought I heard my mother's voice. 'Son,' she said softly but clearly, I am going to send you an angel.' Then I woke up. Just a dream. A beautiful dream. But in this place there could be no angels. There was only work. And hunger. And fear.
A couple of days later, I was walking around the camp, around the barracks, near the barbed-wire fence where the guards could not easily see. I was alone. On the other side of the fence, I spotted someone: a little girl with light, almost luminous curls. She was half-hidden behind a birch tree. I glanced around to make sure no one saw me. I called to her softly in German. 'Do you have something to eat?' She didn't understand. I inched closer to the fence and repeated the question in Polish. She stepped forward. I was thin and gaunt, with rags wrapped around my feet, but the girl looked unafraid. In her eyes, I saw life. She pulled an apple from her woolen jacket and threw it over the fence. I grabbed the fruit and, as I started to run away, I heard her say faintly, 'I'll see you tomorrow.'I returned to the same spot by the fence at the same time every day. She was always there with something for me to eat - a hunk of bread or, better yet, an apple. We didn't dare speak or linger. To be caught would mean death for us both. I didn't know anything about her, just a kind farm girl, except that she understood Polish. What was her name? Why was she risking her life for me?Hope was in such short supply, and this girl on the other side of the fence gave me some, as nourishing in its way as the bread and apples.Nearly seven months later, my brothers and I were crammed into a coal car and shipped to Theresienstadt camp in Czechoslovakia. 'Don't return,' I told the girl that day. 'We're leaving.' I turned toward the barracks and didn't look back, didn't even say good-bye to the little girl whose name I'd never learned, the girl with the apples. We were in Theresienstadt for three months. The war was winding down and Allied forces were closing in, yet my fate seemed sealed. On May 10, 1945, I was scheduled to die in the gas chamber at 10:00 AM. In the quiet of dawn, I tried to prepare myself. So many times death seemed ready to claim me, but somehow I'd survived. Now, it was over. I thought of my parents. At least, I thought, we will be reunited. But at 8 A.M. there was a commotion. I heard shouts, and saw people running every which way through camp. I caught up with my brothers. Russian troops had liberated the camp! The gates swung open. Everyone was running, so I did too. Amazingly, all of my brothers had survived; I'm not sure how. But I knew that the girl with the apples had been the key to my survival. In a place where evil seemed triumphant, one person's goodness had saved my life, had given me hope in a place where there was none. My mother had promised to send me an angel, and the angel had come.Eventually I made my way to England where I was sponsored by a Jewish charity, put up in a hostel with other boys who had survived the Holocaust and trained in electronics. Then I came to America, where my brother Sam had already moved. I served in the U. S. Army during the Korean War, and returned to New York City after two years. By August 1957 I'd opened my own electronics repair shop. I was starting to settle in.
One day, my friend Sid who I knew from England called me. 'I've got a date.. She's got a Polish friend. Let's double date.' A blind date? Nah, that wasn't for me. But Sid kept pestering me, and a few days later we headed up to the Bronx to pick up his date and her friend Roma.I had to admit, for a blind date this wasn't so bad. Roma was a nurse at a Bronx hospital. She was kind and smart. Beautiful, too, with swirling brown curls and green, almond-shaped eyes that sparkled with life.
The four of us drove out to Coney Island. Roma was easy to talk to, easy to be with. Turned out she was wary of blind dates too! We were both just doing our friends a favor. We took a stroll on the boardwalk, enjoying the salty Atlantic breeze, and then had dinner by the shore. I couldn't remember having a better time. We piled back into Sid's car, Roma and I sharing the backseat. As European Jews who had survived the war, we were aware that much had been left unsaid between us. She broached the subject, 'Where were you,' she asked softly, 'during the war?' 'The camps,' I said. The terrible memories still vivid, the irreparable loss. I had tried to forget. But you can never forget. She nodded. 'My family was hiding on a farm in Germany, not far from Berlin,' she told me. 'My father knew a priest, and he got us Aryan papers.'I imagined how she must have suffered too, fear, a constant companion. And yet here we were both survivors, in a new world.
'There was a camp next to the farm.' Roma continued. 'I saw a boy there and I would throw him apples every day.'What an amazing coincidence that she had helped some other boy.. 'What did he look like? I asked. 'He was tall, skinny, and hungry. I must have seen him every day for six months.' My heart was racing. I couldn't believe it.This couldn't be. 'Did he tell you one day not to come back because he was leaving Schlieben?' Roma looked at me in amazement. 'Yes!' 'That was me!'I was ready to burst with joy and awe, flooded with emotions. I couldn't believe it! My angel. 'I'm not letting you go.' I said to Roma. And in the back of the car on that blind date, I proposed to her. I didn't want to wait.' You're crazy!' she said. But she invited me to meet her parents for Shabbat dinner the following week. There was so much I looked forward to learning about Roma, but the most important things I always knew: her steadfastness, her goodness. For many months, in the worst of circumstances, she had come to the fence and given me hope. Now that I'd found her again, I could never let her go. That day, she said yes. And I kept my word. After nearly 50 years of marriage, two children and three grandchildren, I have never let her go.Herman Rosenblat of Miami Beach, Florida

Dancing with G-d

When I meditated on the word Guidance, I kept seeing "dance" at the end of the word. I remember reading that doing G-d's will is a lot like dancing. When two people try to lead, nothing feels right. The movement doesn't flow with the music, and everything is quite uncomfortable and jerky. When one person realizes that, and lets t he other lead, both bodies begin to flow with the music. One gives gentle cues, perhaps with a nudge to the back or by pressing Lightly in one direction or another. ;It's as if two become one body, moving beautifully. The dance takes surrender, willingness, and attentiveness from one person and gentle guidance and skill from the other. My eyes drew back to the word Guidance. When I saw "G: I thought of G-d, followed by "u" and "i". "G-d, " u" and "i" dance." G-d, you, and I dance. As I lowered my head, I became willing to trust that I would get guidance about my life. Once again, I became willing to let G-d lead. My prayer for you today is that G-d's blessings and mercies be upon you on this day and everyday. May you abide in G-d as G-d abides in you. Dance together with G-d, trusting G-d to lead and to guide you through each season of you r life. I Hope You Dance

Stand in the rain

By Superchick
She never slows down
She doesn't know why but she knows that when
She's all alone it feels
Like it's all coming down
She won't turn around
The shadows are long
And she fears if she cries
That first tear
The tears will not stop
Raining down
So stand in the rain
Stand your ground
Stand up when it's all crashing down
You stand through the pain
You won't drown
And one day what's lost can be found
So stand in the rain
She won't make a sound
Alone in this fight with herself
And the fears whispering
If she stands, she'll fall down
She wants to be found but
The only way out is through everything she's running from
Wants to give up and lie down
So stand in the rain
Stand your groundStand up when it's all crashing down
You stand through the pain
You won't drown
And one day what's lost can be found
So stand in the rain
Stand your ground
Stand up when it's all crashing down
Stand through the pain
You won't drown
And one day what's lost can be found
So stand in the rain
Stand your ground
Stand up when it's all crashing down
You stand through the pain
You won't drown
And one day what's lost can be found
You stand in the rain

Sleeping

Today's Word
The L-rd longs to pour out blessings on you constantly even when you sleep! Many people today struggle with sleeping at night. They stay awake or get poor sleep because they are constantly focused on their problems and worrying about tomorrow. But that's not G-d’s plan for you! He wants you to enjoy your sleep as a time of blessing and refreshing. Understand that G-d has His hand on your life even in the midnight hour. He wants to speak to your heart and restore your dreams. He is taking care of those things that concern you. When you cast your cares on Him and trust Him to work out every detail of your life, you'll be able to enjoy that sweet sleep that He has promised. Make the decision today to enjoy the blessing of the L-rd as you sleep tonight. Say a prayer before you go to bed and cast your cares on Him. As you allow the L-rd to bless and refresh you in sleep, you'll see a tremendous change in your waking hours. You'll be more invigorated, more alert, and full of the blessing of the L-rd in every area of your life!
A Prayer for Today
Heavenly Father, thank You for Your promise of blessing. I ask that You teach me to receive that blessing even while I sleep. I cast my cares on You and trust that You are working behind the scenes in my life. Thank You for watching over me and protecting me. Thank You for refreshing me as I sleep tonight. In Y’Shua’s Name. Amen.

This Pastor has guts1

Thought you might enjoy this interesting Prayer given in Kansas at the opening session of their Senate. It seems Prayer still upsets some people. When Minister Joe Wright was asked to open the new session of the Kansas Senate, everyone was expecting the usual generalities, but this is what they heard:"Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask your forgiveness and to seek your direction and guidance. We know Your Word says, 'Woe to Those who call evil good,' but that is exactly what we have done. We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values. We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery. We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare. We have killed our unborn and called it choice.
We have shot abortionists and called it justifiable. We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self esteem. We have abused power and called it politics. We have coveted our neighbor's possessions and called it ambition. We have polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of _expression.We have ridiculed the time-honored values of our forefathers and called it enlightenment.Search us, Oh, God, and know our hearts today; cleanse us from every sin and set us free. Amen!"The response was immediate. A number of legislators walked out during the prayer in protest. In 6 short weeks, Central Christian Church, where Rev. Wright is pastor, logged more than 5,000 phone calls with only 47 of those calls responding negatively. The church is now receiving international requests for copies of this prayer from India, Africa and Korea.Commentator Paul Harvey aired this prayer on his radio program, "The Rest of the Story," and received a larger response to this program than any other he has ever aired. With the Lord's help, may this prayer sweep over our nation and wholeheartedly become our desire so that we again can be called "one nation Under God."

In G-d we trust

America the Beautiful, or so you used to be.
Land of the Pilgrims' pride; I'm glad they'll never see.
Babies piled in dumpsters,
Abortion on demand,
Oh, sweet land of liberty; your house is on the sand.
Our children wander aimlessly poisoned by cocaine,
Choosing to indulge their lusts, when God has said abstain.
From sea to shining sea, our Nation turns away
From the teaching of God's love and a need to always pray.
We've kept God in our temples, how callous we have grown.
When earth is but His footstool, and Heaven is His throne.
We've voted in a government that's rotting at the core,
Appointing Godless Judges who throw reason out the door,
Too soft to place a killer in a well deserved tomb,
But brave enough to kill a baby before he leaves the womb.
You think that God's not angry, that our land's a moral slum?
How much longer will He wait before His judgment comes?
How are we to face our God, from Whom we cannot hide?
What then is left for us to do, but stem this evil tide? I
f we who are His children, will humbly turn and pray;
Seek His holy face and mend our evil way:
Then God will hear from Heaven and forgive us of our sins,
He'll heal our sickly land and those who live within.
But, America the Beautiful, if you don't - then you will see,
A sad but Holy God withdraw His hand from Thee.

Lifetime or Season

People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. Whenyou know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person. When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a needyou have expressed They have come to assist you through a difficulty,to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without anywrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person willsay or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes theydie. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you totake a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, ourdesire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has beenanswered and now it is time to move on.
Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn hascome to share, grow or learn. They bring you an experience of peace ormake you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. Theyusually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it, it is real. But only for a season.
LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things you mustbuild upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job isto accept the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned touse in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said thatlove is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.
Thank you for being a part of my life, whether you were a reason, a season or a lifetime.
Angels exist, only sometimes they haven't got wings and we call them friends!

Why Women Cry

An email sent to me that needs to be shared:
'God, why do women cry so easily?' God said: 'When I made the woman she had to be special.' 'I made her shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the world, yet gentle enough to give comfort.' 'I gave her an inner strength to endure childbirth and the rejection that many times comes from her children.' 'I gave her a hardness that allows her to keep going when everyone else gives up, and take care of her family through sickness and fatigue without complaining.' 'I gave her the sensitivity to love her children under any and all circumstances, even when her child has hurt her very badly.' 'I gave her strength to carry her husband through his faults and fashioned her from his rib to protect his heart. 'I gave her wisdom to know that a good husband never hurts his wife, but sometimes tests her strengths and her resolve to stand beside him unfalteringly.' 'And finally, I gave her a tear to shed. This is hers exclusively to use whenever it is needed.' 'That tear holds more then men could understand.' ' If a man was to shed her tear it would look enormous.'
'For a woman's tear is full of unconditional love, power, sacrifice, beauty, pain, and compassion.' 'All ten fold of what a Man is able to feel.' 'And that is why I made her as close to being Supernatural.' 'She's my gift to the world she's an Angel on Earth. ' 'Love her and praise her for there will be no other here on Earth that will Love you like I do then your Mother.''The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair.' The beauty of a woman must be seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart - the place where love resides.'

Do you hear the Thunder?

Beware! There is calm before the storm that sends soothing jolts of dancing lightning through the nightly skies. Warning you to be prepared to stand through it all, for it may be heading your way.
On a sleepless night, the wind and rain and lighting flashes as the thunder rolls. There's a storm moving in and I am stumbling in the wind, for the lightning' strikes too close to my home.
My strength is almost gone L-rd, how can I carry on if I can't find You in this storm?
You heard my cry, and then I knew You would raise me up above the raging storm. I will praise You in this storm, as the thunder rolls on, for it is now raining down upon me, knowing You work all things for my good.Lessoning carefully, for I can barely hear You whispering through the sound of the thunder: "I'm with you, do not fear. My mercy falls as you raise your hands and praise Me, who gives and takes away. May passion be the wind that leads you through your days and may conviction keep you strong as I guide you along the way.”As the storm blows on I rested in Your precious arms, sheltered under Your wings. Are you facing a storm in your life? Are you bending an ear to hear His voice in the thunder?Life brings us many trials to build our strength and faith, so stand firm, holding on to His Word, for the storm is only passing through.

Increase our Faith

Lk. 17:5 Increase our faith!
"I have faith, I just want proof to back it up" - was spoken by an actor, that reminded me that many struggle sometimes to have faith.
Unexpected expenses cause bills to pile up, a loved one is diagnosed with an incurable disease. The loss of a job leaves a person wondering how they will support their family.
Life experiences can cause faith to expand and deflate like a hot air balloon. Have you ever felt that way? I know I have. Have you ever felt at times that your faith was shrinking instead of growing?
Even those that were the closest to Y’Shua didn’t exhibit super faith or impeccable behavior. But they knew what they needed and asked for it.
Matt. 17:20 If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
Conquer your mountain! When you feel defeated, put a rock on the floor in front of you. Stand on it. Now you have conquered it.
If it stands in your way, walk around it for there is always another way.
If it bothers you, kick it aside. Then cast it away, because you will not walk in offense. Now pick it up. You have done the impossible, you have moved a mountain.
This is your mountain. G-d said to move it; you just thought it was bigger.
The rock was once a boulder, the boulder was once a mountain. Remember, mountains are only as large as you see them.
Some people read Matt. 17:20 and get frustrated because they have faith, but the mountains don’t seem to be moving. We can believe, and we can try, but sometimes those mountains won’t budge.
When I was a young girl, I remember hearing the preacher talk about this verse. I had the faith; he said it and I believed it. I went out and spoke to an ant hill – it did not move! So I spent the rest of my time building up my faith and found it sometimes came through life’s hardships.
Faith still moves mountains, but sometimes the greater act of faith is not seeing the mountain move instantly. We have to work with G-d to move it bit by bit.
What is the mountain in your life? Ask G-d for more faith, and then watch that mountain become a pile of little rocks.
Rom. 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of G-d.

Wings of Eagles 2001

I resolve to BE AS SMART AS AN EAGLE!
When I look at the size of the head of an eagle, I ask myself, "How can such a tiny brain be so much smarter than me?"
Eagles know when the storm is approaching long before it breaks. The eagle will fly to some high spot and wait for the winds to come. When the storm hits, it sets its wings so that the wind will pick it up and lift it above the storm. While the storm rages below, the eagle is soaring above it. The Eagle does not escape the storm; it simply uses the storm to lift it higher. It rises on the winds that bring the storm. When the storms of life come upon us - we can rise above them.
Isaiah 40: 31 - But they that wait upon the L-RD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
How can we apply this information? Let's first look at what this verse is really saying:
To WAIT...does not mean to be passive. This word means to...expect...look for...hope!
Lots of people are missing out on G-d's blessings because they are not expecting them.
"Shall RENEW"...this word renew does not mean to repair. It is not as though I once had an abundance of strength that is fading and I need G-d to renew it. NO, it means...to alter...to change...to go forward and grow up...to pierce (or put to death)!
When we "renew our strength," it means to EXCHANGE the puny, tiny amount of strength that we have in ourselves for the powerful strength of Almighty G-d! We have never had strength to overcome alone, so renewing what we don't have is futile. But, to exchange our weakness for His strength is what is implied here. Yes, we've been told to let the weak say I am strong, but our strength is never in ourselves, but in Him! The strength spoken of here is the POWER of G-d. So then, what is this verse saying?
Those that are expecting, looking for, and hoping in the power of G-d to replace their weak and feeble ambitions and abilities, shall mount up with wings as an eagle and be an over-comer in and through Him. But, before we go any farther... What is the mounting up? In the actions of the eagle, when a storm is coming we see that it "sets it's wings" so that it can glide ABOVE THE STORM. Mount up on the wind of the Spirit and you will get the ride of your life!
Fly over the storm for you are not alone, and He can carry you to victory!

Holy Water song

"Somewhere there's a stolen haloI use to watch her wear it well.
Everything would shine wherever she would go
But looking at her now you'd never tell
Someone ran away with her innocence
A memory she can't get out of her head
I can only imagine what she's feeling
When she's praying kneeling at the edge of her bed
And she says take me away
And take me farther
Surround me now
And hold, hold, hold me like holy waterHoly water
She wants someone to call her angel
Someone to put the light back in her eyes
She's looking through the faces and unfamiliar places
She needs someone to hear her when she cries
She just needs a little help to wash away the pain she's felt
She wants to feel the healing hands of someone who understands
And she says take me away
And take me farther
Surround me now
And hold, hold, hold me like holy waterHoly water

John 14

[1] Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in G-d, believe also in me.
[2] In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
[If not, I would have told you--that is, I would tell you so at once; I would not deceive you. I go to prepare a place for you--to obtain for you a right to be there, and to possess your "place."]
[3] And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
[I will come again and receive you unto myself--strictly, at His Personal appearing; but in a secondary and comforting sense, to you individually.]
[4] And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
[5] Thomas saith unto him, L-rd, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
[6] Y'Shua saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
[7] If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
[8] Philip saith unto him, L-rd, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
[9] Y'Shua saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?
[10] Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
[11] Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.
[12] Verily, verily, I say unto you, one that believeth on me, the works that I do shall you do also; and greater works than these shall you do; because I go unto my Father.
["Greater" works--not in degree but in kind]
[13] And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
[14] If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
[15] If ye love me, keep my commandments.
[16] And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
[17] Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
[18] I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
[I will not leave you comfortless--in a bereaved and desolate condition;]
[19] Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
[20] At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
[21] You that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, you it is that loveth me: and you that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love you, and will manifest myself to you.
[My Father and I will love you--Mark the sharp line of distinction here, not only between the Divine Persons but the acting’s of love in Each respectively, towards true disciples.]
[22] Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, L-rd, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world?
[23] Y'Shua answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love you, and we will come unto you, and make our abode with you.
[24] He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.
[25] These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.
[26] But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
[The whole of what is here said of THE SPIRIT is decisive of His divine personality. "He who can regard all the personal expressions, applied to the Spirit in these three chapters ('teaching,' 'reminding,' 'testifying,' 'coming,' 'convincing,' 'guiding,' 'speaking,' 'hearing,' 'prophesying,' 'taking') deserves to be recognized even as an interpreter of intelligible words, an expositor of Holy Scripture"]
[27] Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
[Not as the world giveth--in contrast with the world, He gives sincerely, substantially, eternally.]
[28] Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.
[29] And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.
[30] Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.
[Hereafter I will not talk much with you--"I have a little more to say, but My work hastens apace, and the approach of the adversary will cut it short." For the prince of this cometh--with hostile intent, for a last grand attack, having failed in His first formidable assault (Luke 4:1-13) from which he "departed [only] for a season" (John 14:13). And hath nothing in me--nothing of His own--nothing to fasten on.
[31] But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.
[Arise, go hence- a spontaneous and irrepressible expression of the deep eagerness of His spirit to enter into the conflict,]

Thought to Ponder

G-d brought us together, to be able to respect each other’s thoughts and knowledge.
It doesn’t matter how young or how old you are.
It doesn’t matter if you are rich or poor.
It doesn’t matter if you are single or married.
It doesn’t matter what kind of work you do.

But it does matter that we think of each other’s feelings and remember we are all smart.
G-d gave us all our own talents, whether we are students or teachers.
Whether we are homemakers or factory workers.
Whether we are sisters, brothers, or the parents.
We are all put here for one reason, and that is to be able to live and work together.

Remember Y’Shua was born in a stable, wrapped in swaddling clothes, slept in a manger and was not a rich man by any means.

But He was rich in Father’s love and went out and taught people how to share in that richness. This kind of riches can become addicting so keep it spreading.
One person can make a change in the world!
