Juice Drinks

Berry Freeze
1 large bunch of green grapes juiced
Pour into ice cube tray to freeze
Juice 1 large bunch red grapes and 1 quart of berries
Pour in to a tall glass
Add frozen grape cubes to the drink
Fruit Tea
1 peeled oranges
1 red apple, seeded
Juice the fruit and put in a saucepan
Add 1 quart of water and gently heat
Frozen Berry Pops
1 quart berries
1 inch slice of ginger root
1 medium bunch of green grapes
Juice together and pour in to ice cub trays, with a tooth pick

3 kale leaves
Small handful parsley
4 carrots
Hot Tomato on Ice
1 tomato and 1 red pepper juiced and pour into ice cub tray to freeze
Juice 4 lettuce leaves and 1 stalk of broccoli
Add cubes to drink
Garnish with parsley sprig.
7 Vegetable Cocktail
2 kale leaves
2 beet tops
Handful of wheat grass
3 carrots
1 stalk of celery
1 small garlic clove
1 scallion
1/2 cup of cabbage
Vegetable Express
2 lettuce leaves
1 small wedge of cabbage
4 carrots
3 broccoli flowerets
1/2 apple
Veggie Cocktail
Handful of wheatgrass
1/2 handful of parsley
Handful of watercress
4 carrots
3 stalks of celery
1/2 cup chopped fennel
1/2 apple
Dash of cayenne pepper
