Five-Minute Fudge

Five-Minute Fudge Wreath

Fry up 4 slices of bacon until golden brown.
Put in a magic bullet or coffee grinder,
Add a pinch of cayenne pepper and chop it up together.
Set aside.

One 8 ounces of walnut halves roasted over the stove, a few minutes.
Set it aside.

Spay pan, greased cake pan or jello mold.
Save the empty condensed milk can wrapping plastic around the can.
Center it in the pan.

Place a heavy pot (double boiler) on the stove and preheat it over low heat.
Add: 12 ounce bag semisweet chocolate morsels.
9 ounce (3/4 of a 12 ounce bag) butterscotch morsels.
One 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk.
Stir until chips are melted and milk are combined.
Remove from stove & added 1 tsp. vanilla extract & the walnuts & stir in immediately.
Spoon fudge into the pan around the can, making sure to recenter can if it drifts.
The fudge will set up almost immediately.
Garnish (red & green cherries halves) can only be added in the first minute or two when the fudge is in the pan.

Chill covered (a damp piece of paper toweling) in the refrigerator and slice fudge very thin when ready to serve.
A little goes a long way and it is very rich.
