1/2 cup fresh mountain mint, blossoms and leaves
Boiling water
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Cayenne pepper
Crush the herbs as you drop them into a big pan.
Pour a kettle of boiling water over them and steep for a few minutes
Add the cider vinegar and cayenne pepper and fill the pan half full of warm or cool water.
Immerse feet for 15-20 minutes
