Seven Dispensations

Dispensation refers to a unique time wherein G-D deals with man in seemingly altogether different ways.
1. OF INNOCENCE - from the creation to the fall.
2. OF CONSCIENCE - from the expulsion out of Eden to flood.
3. OF HUMAN GOVERNMENT - from the flood to tower of Babel.
4. OF PROMISE - from the call of Abraham to the exodus from Egypt.
5. OF LAW - from Mt. Sinai to Calvary.
6. OF GRACE - from Calvary to the second coming.
7. OF KINGDOM - Messiah will reign as King.
Prophetic order of events that we expect:
1. Return of the Jews to their promised land.
2. Suffering of seven years of tribulation.
3. Return of Messiah to sit upon the throne of David.
Provisions of the New Covenant:
1. G-D will cause spiritual blindness and deafness; Deut. 29:2-4, Rom. 11:8, Heb. 9:15
2. The Abrahamic Covenant is incorporated in to the New; Deut. 29:13, Gen. 15:5-6, 18, Gal. 3:16
3. Gentiles will be included in the New Covenant; Deut 29:14, Acts 15:14
4. G-D will evict the chosen people from their promised land for a prolonged period of time. Deut. 29:21-27
5. There are some secret things - to be revealed later. Deut. 29:29, Rom. 11:25
6. Israel will return to their promised land in the last days. Deut. 30:1-3,
7. Grace will replace the written law on our hearts. Deut 30:6, Jer. 31:31-34, Heb. 8:10-13, 9:28 The centerpiece of the covenant is Deuteronomy 30:5-6. It not only states that G-D will give the land to the people, but that their heart of understanding will be opened.
Please note: The future spiritual awakening of the Jewish people is secured through the same blood covenant that has awarded salvation to individual believers throughout the Church age. Heb. 9:16-17 The most important provision of the New Covenant is Romans 4:1-4. There must be a chosen people, a promised land and a coming Messiah to carry out the provision of the covenants.
Even though the Jewish people were to be scattered among the nations of the world for a prolonged period of time, our New Covenant provides for the latter-day return of the Jewish people to their Promised Land. 2 Sam. 7:10-16 states "the seed of David will sit upon the throne of Israel forever", and vs. 14, "He promised David that His mercy would not depart from the Seed of David."
