When we pronounce this Name we should have in mind that God is eternal and self sufficient. One should take care to properly pronounce the Name. "You shall not take the Name of HaShem, your God, falsely." (Ex) 20:7. Out of fear of violating the prohibition of taking G0d's name in vain, the Jewish tradition is to not even spell it out fully. Example: G-d, L-rd.
Notice in Scripture other words are used (He who sits on the throne, The Creater); to substitue from using the Divine name.
Hebrew has no letter "J". Some groups choice to use the english translation of the Divine name as Jehovah. G-d's Name with the proper respect indicated by the Torah (the 5 books of Moses) and tradition dating back to Biblical times.
Jesus is the Greek name, Y'Shua is the Hebrew name. Translating Y'Shua into english would be Joshua. Christ is the Greek name, Messiah is the Hebrew name.
